What we do
We publish source-attributed public benchmarks and may introduce a consumer to a relevant participating financial provider after they request information. We do not set a provider's rates, make credit decisions, negotiate approvals, hold client funds, or provide individualized financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice.
Partner relationships
Some participating providers may compensate Mighty for marketing or referral services. A relationship or payment does not make a provider's product suitable for every consumer. When a provider is featured, sponsored, or receives preferential placement, RateChecker.ai will label that treatment clearly.
Rates and offers
Public benchmark rates are not a personal offer. A provider determines all quotes, terms, fees, eligibility, and approvals. Rates may change and can vary by location, amount, term, collateral, credit profile, property or asset, and underwriting. Confirm every term directly with the provider.
Provider responsibility
Participating banks, lenders, brokers, insurers, and other financial providers are responsible for their own licensing, product disclosures, customer communications, underwriting, and regulatory obligations. Where an activity requires a licensed professional, the applicable provider is responsible for handling it.
Data publication standard
RateChecker.ai publishes numerical rate information only from official sources, authorized provider or affiliate feeds, direct partner submissions, or reviewed manual imports with source attribution. We do not publish invented provider rates or scrape protected quote flows.
