Information collected
For a partner-rate request, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, country, requested product category, and optional request context. We also record the page and time of consent so the scope of the request can be demonstrated.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to the specific request, assess which participating provider may be relevant, make an introduction when appropriate, operate the site, detect misuse, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not ask for government identification numbers, online-banking credentials, or full credit-report data through this form.
Who receives it
Mighty uses secure service providers to operate the request workflow. If you ask for a partner introduction, we may share the information needed for that request with one relevant participating financial provider. That provider's own privacy notice and product process then apply to its use of your information.
Retention and safeguards
We retain request and consent records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to manage the relationship, and to satisfy legal obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices
You can withdraw contact permission for future marketing communications, request access to or correction of personal information, or ask a privacy question by writing to privacy@ratechecker.ai. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing already completed for a request or a provider's independent legal obligations.
